At Heritage Ceramics, we are committed to bringing our clients’ project visions to life. Recently, we had the privilege to contribute to the transformation of Toa Payoh Central in Singapore. Fun Fact: Toa Payoh is Singapore’s second oldest satellite town, making this transformation particularly significant.
For this project, Studio Cliffstone was selected for its timeless and natural elegance. The designer selected Studio Cliffstone in Sand (60x60cm) along with Cliffstone Grigio and Carbon (30x60cm), creating a sophisticated and contemporary design. This combination has infused the ageing residential estate with a fresh and modern look.

Introducing Studio Cliffstone
Studio Cliffstone presents a minimalist and yet refined aesthetic inspired by the natural elegance of river stones. It is ideal for both indoor and outdoor spaces, seamlessly integrating with any environment. When integrated, it infuses spaces with a calming and natural ambiance through its palette of soft colours and textures.
Available Colours
Studio Cliffstone offers an extensive range of exquisite colours, from light to dark, catering to diverse project requirements. This includes Ice, Sand, Moka, Perla, Grigio, and Carbon, each offering a unique touch of sophistication to your spaces.
Embrace creativity as executed in this Toa Payoh project, where a mixture of colour hues was used to design dynamic spaces. In this project, the combination of Sand, Grigio, and Carbon has added visual interest and infused the old neighbourhood with vibrant new life, for all residents to relax and admire.

Available Finishes and Water Absorption
Explore 3 available finishes: Matt R10, Anti Slip R11 and Lappato. It is suitable for a variety of applications, including indoor and outdoor floors and walls.
This project is an outdoor area which has high traffic, and it is highly exposed to moisture, e.g. rain, and hence Anti Slip R11 has been applied to ensure safety and durability.
Furthermore, Cliffstone boasts a water absorption of less than 0.5%, making it suitable for this project.

Studio Cliffstone features 8 distinct faces and a V2 Slight Appearance, replicating the intricate beauty of river stones with subtle sophistication.

In the Toa Payoh project, the designer used 60x60cm and 30x60cm tiles to create an eye-catching visual contrast, enhancing the vibrancy of the old neighbourhood.

This nature-inspired project is further enhanced by the vibrant Bougainvillea flowers that adorn the neighbourhood. Studio Cliffstone complements these natural elements beautifully, contributing to a serene and cohesive aesthetic. Moreover, it holds a Singapore Green Building Product (SGBP) certification with a 3 Ticks Excellent rating, creating an environmentally friendly space.
