“Hello, I’m Ross, the Client Relationship and Sales Manager at Heritage Ceramics. In my role, I wear many hats – from maintaining existing client relationships to actively seeking new prospects. I find fulfillment in managing client inquiries, addressing complaints, resolving technical issues, and providing specialized consultation for projects with unique specifications.
My personality? Well, I’m naturally outgoing and sociable. I thrive on connecting with people, and you could say I’m quite chatty, especially when it comes to forging genuine connections. Outside of work, my hobbies are a diverse mix. From relaxing indoor activities like watching shows, playing console games, and reading books, to more active pursuits like swimming, basketball, and rollerblading. Additionally, I have a deep passion for exploring the world through travel.”

It’s a groundbreaking endeavor – the World’s First 4-in-1 depot. This project is not only one of the largest but also one of the most challenging undertakings I’ve been involved in. The level of innovation and commitment displayed in this project is truly remarkable.”

“While participating in exhibitions catering to the Singaporean end-user has its own charm, my most memorable experience with Heritage Ceramics took place at China Ceramic City. Engaging with company directors and department heads from various countries was a privilege.
