I manage the full process of overseas orders, from communicating with the sales team and clients to production follow-up and logistics arrangements. At the fair, I not only deepened my knowledge of ceramics but also had the chance to interact directly with international clients. As Sales Coordinators, this is something we may not typically encounter in our day-to-day work, so being given the opportunity to participate made me feel more included and connected to the bigger picture.”
