Masjid Bencoolen Singapore

Founded in 1819, the original mosque building was a wooden structure with attap roof. A more permanent structure was replaced by a renown Arab merchant, Syed Omar Bin Aljunied in 1825. Due to the vigorous redevelopment in the Bencoolen area(1 km from busy Orchard Road), the existing mosque was integrated into a new building in 2004.

The plot surrounding the mosque includes a residential apartment as well as a commercial building. With the growing number of congregant, Masjid Bencoolen underwent a 15 month long in 2018. We are proud to be a part of this historical establishment by supplying our Berlin Grigio matt and polished through our partners NK Ceramics Pte Ltd.
